Language is first priority?

 There are problems with mother tongue in various places. It is currently a burning issue.Suppose you were born in a place and you know the native language of that place.But when you grow up and go abroad to a country where another language is spoken, you will have problems.Today, if you go from one state to another, you have to know the language of that state.Otherwise you will have to face problems. Nowadays, there are a lot of problems with mother tongue in some states of India. Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Bihar, etc. are facing a lot of problems with mother tongue.
